    Summary

    Strathcona Paper L. P. produces and markets high quality paper based specialty products and services. The mill operation is located in Napanee, Ontario. We are currently recruiting for the following position:                     Industrial Millwright “A”
     
    Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation and trouble shooting of all process and auxiliary equipment in the Mill. Extensive knowledge and experience with respect to rotating equipment would be an asset.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate must possess a class A Millwright certificate obtained through a recognized apprenticeship program. The position requires a minimum of (5) year’s industrial experience, preferably in a pulp and paper / industrial environment. Experience as Machinist would be an asset. The successful candidate must be a team player and be flexible in meeting the various work assignment priorities.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    This position requires the incumbent to be available for call-in support and occasional extended hours of work to accommodate Mill maintenance requirements. The position pays $34.14 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefit package.
