The individual must successfully complete a color blindness test. This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to safely perform repetitive lifting and work at a fast pace. This is an entry level position, with opportunity to advance and grow with the company.
The General Laborer is responsible for a variety of duties within the facility (Baler, Casemaking, Stock Moving and Aerating). He/she ensures conformance to all Health and Safety Policies, Rules and Regulations and general housekeeping standards. Meets or exceeds production, efficiency and quality requirements at all times.
