The Customer Service Representative acts as the initial point of contact with our customers to provide timely, accurate and professional service and assistance for all product and service-related inquiries. He/she ensures conformance to all Health and Safety Policies, Rules and Regulations and general housekeeping standards. Meets or exceeds production, efficiency and quality requirements at all times.
Minimum Requirements and Skills to apply for position
The Customer Service Representative must possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience. He or she must have strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong working relationships with customers. Must possess intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and databases.
Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The ability to speak fluent French is an asset.
